Strictly No ID No ENTRY.
Strictly LOG IN & LOG OUT with signature in the Library log book.
Strictly submit your bags at library staff’s table for inspection before leaving.
Borrowed books will be submitted to library staff.
Users are only allowed to use one book at a time.

Kindly submit your ID to library staff.
STUDENTS can borrow books with the allotted time of 3 days effective on the day borrowed.
STUDENTS allow borrowing 1 book only.
Every unreturned book’s after the allotted time will be fine Php5 every day.
FACULTY and STAFF can borrow books as their references a maximum of 3 books per subject matter that is renewable every 2 months with Librarian’s approval.
Magazines and newspapers should be return after use to each respective rack.
Books can be photocopy with Librarian’s permission.
General reference materials are not allowed to be out and not even to be photocopy.

Policies By: Librarian

Changes on damaged or destroyed library materials will be made according to the degree of the damage otherwise, the borrower will be asked to replace such materials.
Lost book/s must be replace with the same title plus 10% processing fee. If the book is not available in the market, the borrower will pay the current price of the book plus 10% processing fee. (NOTE: 10% processing fee will base on the cost price of the book.)
Any caught bringing any library materials outside the library area without asking permission from the "LIBRARIAN", will be fine Php 20.00 per material.
